I swap between this and the V08. Size wise the V08 runs a lot larger- I wear a small V08 almost closed entirely but with the Resistance I wear the small as open as it will go.
As far as overall fit- the Resistance fits a bit more round but maintains the same overall shape if that makes sense.

These also adjust sideways in the back while the V08s go front to back. Agree about the smaller fit in the resistance though. I used to wear Large Resistance and they still hurt my temples but I can fit in a Medium V08 just fine

Like the others have mentioned V08's are oversized. I can squeeze a small v08 stretched all the way out but I can fit somewhere in the middle adjustments for the medium resistance. The best way to figure if your going to fit is figure your head measurement or if you know what size fitted baseball hat you wear. The sizing on the resistance is fairly accurate.
