Looking to buy a new stick and right now it is between the ccm super tacks 2.0 (pro stock on psh), or a stock 2016 1x, can anyone point me in the right direction? I have heard complaints about the original super tacks which is why I am weary to try the second one, thanks!

Whadt is the complaint about the super tacks and is it prostock or retail?

I have both sticks and (also the original Super Tacks) I go with the 2.0 at the moment. I can't really say if it's a better stick than the 2016 1X but I found that as far as my style of shot goes, it works for me. The 1X has better puck control feeling on the blade though

I think you answered your own question. Just go for which style of flex profile/blade stiffness you like. Sounds like youd be better off deciding between the trigger 2 and 1x just to keep it to low kick/stiff blades.

Original super tacks is my favourite stick. zero complaints. If you want a mid kick, go tacks. If you want low kick, go 1X.

I want a mid kick and have my eyes on a Super Tacks and have heard people say complaints but have heard nothing specific from anyone. May just be personal issues who knows?

I can tell you from experience that I absolutely love the super tacks. Can't use anything else.

The complaint I most commonly hear is about the kick point and how it is a little off compared to other kid kicks, also heard durability sucked.

I heard the Super Tacks blade wasn't very durable, but that was corrected with the 2.0. I personally use the Trigger2, and love it. I play defense but prefer the quick release low kick stick. I had a 1X 2015 and wasn't fond of it, it seemed to get soft quickly.
