i'm aware that paypal has been charging for gift payments internationally. Anyone find a way around this?

 

it's $2.29 to send a payment now so it's kinda annoying.

Nope. No way around it unfortunately. It’s usually cheaper to just add the 4% and get the buyers Insurance now.

I just bought a shirt and did not get charged a fee, yet 2 weeks ago bought a couple of sticks and did. Wonder if it matters how much it is for?
