This stick is fairly new, newer than some of the other RBZ sticks. I have one and yes it’s not the style of stick I like but why is it so unpopular in the nhl? Barley any players use it and it’s a new release. More use the revolution or the Jetspeed line. Is it not a good release from CCM? Is there a massive difference between the older ones that makes it unpopular even though I figured most nhl pro sticks are just wrapped with newer graphics.

Well the Jetspeed is the new model of said stick, so that would be why it's being used so much.
But long story short, the FT1 came out right around the same time that Adidas sold either Taylor Made or CCM, can't remember which one, and because of that, ccm could no longer have taylor made technology on their stick, which is why they tried to bury it essentially.

Oh okay. Makes sense. I really didn’t like the custom e kickpoint on it at all. Was wondering if it was more the style of stick. But that makes sense thanks.

Jetspeed is essentially the replacement for the old rbz speedburner line etc. ? mid kick with alot of pop again
