I'm on a p29, I feel like the stick wants me to shoot from the toe, it's a Ribcore pro PMT, I'd like to try other curves but not sure which to go with.

Man, a P02 with a rounded toe sounds like it would be a divine curve.

Custom everything.

Went from a 88 to a 28 curve a few years ago and while I liked things about both of the patterns, I wasn't entirely happy with either of them.  The P30 has been great for me.  Sure hope it sticks around for a while.

I got the same story. I liked the P88 for its ease of use but my wristers were too slow. I liked the P28 for the ability to rip those toe shots but I hated how open it was. P30 is the best curve ever (for me).

Been using CCM sticks with the H-11 Curve, which is close to the P92. I would like to get a P92 with a Square toe. Any recommendations?

Just chop/sand off the toe to make it square like Fedorov used to.

True already had made a Kane pro pattern specifically for Pavel Barber so you can probably just order it if you want

they wanted the blade from me. and didn't sound willing to give out the code for the pattern when i was asking for kane's blade (sounded like they have variations and didn't want any confusion)

I bought a refurbished Super Tacks 80 flex P28 from hockeystickman.com, and used it for the first time today. This may be my new pattern... I need to work a bit on getting my shot consistent, but my passes, stickhandling, etc. were all right on. I was told a lot of negatives about this pattern, but I'm glad I gave it a shot.

Also FYI the refurb stick played nice for the one skate. I'm anxious to see how durable it is over time, but not bad for $60. 10x better than a $60 retail stick.

Since I am only dangerous from 2 feet and in I like how the P/W28 allows me to get it up in a hurry...(insert joke here)...

at least you're dangerous there. if it makes you feel any better, we have stopped making fun of a guy on our team after the 3rd time this year he shot it over the glass from the crease. we just feel sorry for him now.
