Based upon the predecessors (TotalONE vs 9k), I'd say the Bauer for mobility and light weight, and the CCM for protectiveness.
The TotalONE was prefect for no-contact play, however I had to upgrade the foams for when I was playing full-contact. No such issues with the 9k, built like a tank.
The PoronXRD as-well as the lower-back pad in the S190 seems like a nice upgrade to the old TotalONE.
