Maybe two minutes but suspension? Really? After Haula was cross-checked to the ice? Probably both should have received two minute offsetting penalties.

a crosscheck to the back compared to a butt end to the face is a little different

Both sides were cross checking people to the ice near the goalie.

I watched the video about 8-10 times before I replied. I don't see any intent to injure, they were both going at it and Haula swung his arm around in frustration. Just like Kopitar was laying on top of Haula, probably out of frustration. I still hold by my statement, offsetting two minutes a piece.

So you're not trying to hurt someone by butt ending them in the face? I get he did it out of anger, but IMO his intent was clear...he was mad he got cross checked from behind, so retaliated.  This series has had a lot of bad blood build up, and guys are reacting to it.
