Hey Guys, don't know if this is the section, but anyway. just found out today , that the shipping labels SLS provides. the labels do not include insurance ( just the $50 USPS ). I think they need to find a way to give sellers that option ( ebay does ). when items get around $100 & over , I want them insured. it's a hassle to get separate insurance at the post office. I emailed them, to find out , how to use your own insured labels.

SLS will pay out of their pocket to reimburse for items though, their customer service is excellent. Rag tag operation couldn’t be more wrong.

They say if a item is lost in shipping , they will reimburse the buyer. well , they don't pay the seller until they receive ( so it's not coming , out of their pocket ) & buyer gets 72 hr's to accept  ( what is going to stop buyer from using item & deciding they don't want it ). they will not reimburse seller if item get's lost in shipping. all I am saying is they should find a way to give seller option to insure item in their shipping part of transaction. Also a few month's ago , ordered pair of Bauer pants ( XL), seller sent me Warrior pants ( XL ). I went though HELL to get them to find a way to get me a return shipping label ( like this never happened before ). took 3 days after telling them , I will contact my credit card company. lets see what they say about using your own insured labels. These are valid points , I have made & they have some Issue's.

Yeah, their shipping costs for anywhere except US to US is way off unfortunately. But I believe they just let the seller enter the details of the package (dimensions and weight) and it auto-generates the price, which is usually way too high, so I hear you there.

You can use your own Insured shipping label. You have to email picture of receipt & they reimburse you what they charged buyer for shipping, the insurance cost is on seller.

Another thing that I find extremely frustrating is that you can't use the funds on your sideline account to purchase something on the site, it has to be purchased with seperate funds, and being in canada its a piss off getting the funds into my account as it is.
