Hey Guys , Thinking of maybe having Kydex or Ultra Stop  shot blocks made for my Jetspeeds. what that is , is tough plastic , cut & molded to your outer &  inner boot. has anybody had it done. is it better than skate fenders or nash wrap. any feedback would be Awesome. Thanks

Not familiar with them, but I have been enjoying my CF9:

I hated the Skate Fenders- so clunky.

I had a pair of Nash pro stocks that were pre molded to the same skate and size as mine. I liked them, but the velcro was constantly coming undone, and the wrap did not quite hug my boots like the CF9s do. Check them out.

The only thing to note is sizing. I wear a 9.5 skate, which according to size chart was a Medium. Medium was waaaaaaaay too small, so I got the Large. Large is still right on my 9.5, and it is supposed to be 10.5-12? Nah. So unless they fixed this then take this into consideration.

I am personally a fan of the Nash pro wraps. If molded properly, they hug your boot. I found the velcro to be much stronger than the Skate Fenders, and not as bulky. Plus, being clear, they're hardly noticeable. A few guys I play defense with in pickup didn't even realize I was wearing them until we started talking about it on the bench.

I do not like adding anything to skates that is permanent or semi-permanent, just in case I want to sell them later.

yes , I don't like the idea of attaching the Kydex / Ultra stop to the skates , plus it does not cover the lace area. This Shop ( Skate Tech ) does also offer a Skate fender / nash wrap type model too. I emailed him for more info on that
