E10649. If you're going through CCM, you'll have to get the store to tell the rep that you want the E10649 curve but in right handed.
If you want to go through Warrior or TRUE, your best bet is to buy that lefty stick and then ship it off to them to clone directly (assuming it's not already in their system). It might actually be in Warrior's system, but I doubt TRUE has it on file.
