I got mine at Home Depot. They were 60¢ for a pack of two.

They’re awesome because the backer plate is one piece with posts that stick out to accept the hard plastic circle spacers. The spacers and posts have an interference fit, so the spacers stay on the posts when you get them together. You can change out the visor without screws, individual backers, or spacers falling all over the place.

I went to Home Depot once and found a spinning tray full of different kinds of spacers and grabbed a handful of the ones for my visor

Home Depot is my go to as well. Spacers as well as oversized screw heads that are coated. Usually walk out with a bill less than $10
