To answer your question my friend. Yes. 296. I've been on 296s for 3 years now and have really liked them I have 3 other pairs I've swapped 288s out for 296s. I'd recommend trying out one size up holders if you haven't before. 288s feel weird now after being on the 296s so long.

I have used both and never noticed a difference. Maybe it’s because I have always used ls3 style steel
