Hey guys,

Just wondering I don’t have a ton of experience with many stick brands as I am a creature of habit and went from using Easton’s to ccm, however I’ve been using ccms now for about a year and a bit and ever since starting to use triggers and FC constructions I’ve found the blades just die.

Wondering what sticks you find last the longest as I don’t like changing sticks really unless they break, so usually I’m using a stick for approx 5-6 months.

Anyone have any insight on the newer models stocks and whose got the best stiffest blade with still some good feel and durability.

Thanks!

I've had good luck with recent Warrior offerings in terms of blade stiffness and durability (the QRL and QX).  I don't have insight into how the QREdge blade will hold up, but if it's similar to those two it should be solid.

The CCM LK constructions last me quite a long time

I’ve had the most luck with Vapor and Warrior QR sticks.

Similar to you- CCM has always been absolute junk for me.

Base sticks are the most durable IMO.

I'd second this. Still have blades that are over 6 years old that are holding up strong, as well as a handful of sticks with a ton of life still in them.

I got a base OPS about 2-3 years ago.  The blade chipped a few weeks into use, and all feel and pop in the blade died.  It was within the warranty period, and their customer service department avoided me like the plague.

That's crazy to me about the customer service. Every experience I've ever had with them has been fantastic and far beyond what I expected.

I have both shafts and blades from them from the 5 or 6 years, all are still strong and I've never broken one.  Have to get the sharks skin blade, Ive taken tons of face offs with them and only got a few small chips.
