Looking at CCM mitts ... Seems like there are a few KFS style gloves that look pretty identical. What is the difference between a HG11, HG12, HGP14?

The 14shave reinforced palms and leather on the outer parts of the gloves. These are made for the ECHL, CHL (OHL/QMJHL/WHL) and the USHL (2018 starts their Bauer deal), leagues with tighter budgets that need to stretch their gear.

I believe ECHL teams get supplied 30 pairs from CCM at he beginning of the season.

12s are full tufftek and what you see in the AHL/NHL.

Do the 12s and 14s have a flex thumb? I remember loving the backroll on the 11K's but hated that one piece thumb

No. You’ll find the odd pair of HG12 with flex thumb, but it’s rare.
