Not sure if there's info on this already but i noticed that giroux's jerseys were size 52. He's listed at 5'11 / 185  or so and yes i'm aware sometimes they inflate the numbers a tad. But how the hell does this guy use a 52. wouldn't he be a 56/58. Is there something i'm missing here. you'd have to be pretty tiny to fit a 52 with full equipment.

Personal preference in my opinion on fit. Some guys prefer baggier vs tapered feel and I think you’d be surprised how many guys under ’6 wear 54 as well.

He also wears L pants. Must prefer the looser fit as far as that goes?

But other instances he wears medium. His supremes are medium but odin’s Are large

I met him 2 years ago. The official numbers are inflated as they always are.

 

To my eye Giroux is probably 5'10" 175lb. Really wirey build. Size 52 doesn't surprise me at all.

 

There's pictures on Getty Images of the playoff round between the Pens and the Flyers and there's a few pictures where you can see Crosby, who is not a huge guy by any means, looks heavier and taller than him.
