Hi all, I recently purchased a pair of ft1s, and they fight great on my left foot, tight and no pain, half of the time it doesn’t even feel like I am wearing any skates, but on my
Right skate the right foot is experiencing extreme pain in the heel, more specifically the back, is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

Bake it a couple times.
Try superfeet insoles

First two things that come to mind.

Yeah I’ll probably bake them at a different hockey shop, I’ve tried twice and it hasn’t really worked but the store I do it at is kinda crummy lol, I’ll be looking into superfeet too!

Yeah it’s the mid arch ones and the arches in my feet are quite high

Not enough arch support causes the foot to pronate and collapse which could very well be the problem. Make sure you dont just buy footbed off the shelf without actually using a demo sized one in your skate. Make sure the actual arch support sits right in your arch.I work at a ski shop and see this all the time. Good luck

Also do you wear socks under it?

Sounds like you need the boot punched more than a bake.

If your bag has wheels, you don't.

Yes same as those, I got mine on amazon.

I can't comment on the socks because I have always been a bare foot guy, so I wear just those. A buddy of mine does wear them over his socks.

these both are what came to mind, get that small pointy punch in the heel and youll be golden. I had the same issue. Over time hopefully itll reduce in size from less rubbing.
