If you just need the protection, it's not difficult to fabricate the same type of guard. I just did a pair for my SuperTacks elbows. Might be easier than trying to find a pair of the Jofas.

Was going to suggest the same thing. I have one guard (actually from a low-level Jofa elbow pad forearm part), and then simply heated up some Kydex and pressed it on to achieve the same shape. You could do the same thing without having a "mold" by pushing the warm sheet of Kydex against a large-diameter pipe / pot / etc, after adding the raised area in the middle (used for structural integrity I'd assume) by taping on few layers of cardboard or similar.
