Regardless of the mirror test , which helmet fits you best?

 

For me; its the original RE-AKT.

I've been cursed with the unfortunate problem of having an absolutely gigantic melon for some reason. Only helmet that fits me is an XL 4500 fully extended.

I also have the curse of a giant head and a large IMS 9.0 fits me very well compared to anything else I've tried on.

Best fit: Easton S19/E700

Best fit with good protection: Bauer 5100

 

Both fit very well when worn with a thin skull cap.

Best: Easton E700, Bauer Ims 7.0, Mission Carbster, Warrior Alpha Pro. In that order.

Tried on in store or demoed, but never owned that seemed to fit well: Ccm Fitlite 3ds, Bauer Reakt (original in medium when I need a large for most helmets).

Worst: Bauer 4000/ Nike 004 (too narrow at the temples, I would have a headache after 20 minutes). Warrior Krown LTE (even withe the 4 play adjustment there were gaps of space. It didn't give me a snug 360 wrap).

V08 / V10, Bought up like 3 or 4 of them when they stopped making them for retail. Best fitting bucket i've ever worn.

After spending almost 10 years in the V08, my eyes were opened when I put a 4500 on my dome for the first time. 4500 fits like a glove.

Same, I was a large in 5100, but the ims 9 I’m a medium and it’s comfy. Went with ims9 cause I don’t like padding in reakt

Spent some time trying on buckets last night. Only thing they had in stock that fit was the tacks 710.

I pretty much have only worn a v08 for the past 6 years. I have a Resistance too, but I love my v08s
