I use mine at my nose on skates. I like it a little long for playing D and it tends to keep my shots from going errant and adds velocity

Bottom lip. Could/should be a tad shorter, like middle of chin but it’s not a huge problem when playing the puck in tight.

Chin. Longer sticks feel good for shooting, but theres no contest with going shorter when youre stickhandling or just in tight.

Nose, like the extra little bit for defense. Refs usually say my stick is too long but 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just below my bottom lip. Have a "cut stick" I use every time for measurements. Just feels right.

Below my nose, I like the extra length. I'm 6'3 so I add a 4" ccm composite extension and cut a hair over an inch off of it
