Looking for some input on what everyone's thoughts are between these two skates. I currently can get either pair and I want some input. I'm a fairly heavy person 6'1 205. I like the stiffness of the 1x and the ft1s seems softer.

I currently use the 1x 2.0. I have not skated in FT1 but only the original jetspeed. I really like the speed plate and the lock liner on the 1x, it is also stiffer than the ccm counterpart. I think bauer skates in general are a bit more durable but I heard the one-piece boot really does give you a direct feel to the ice. It may come down to what you used in the past and you should probably stick with it.
