I'm looking for a pair of NY Islanders 3rd socks, but can't seem to find any pro stock currently for sale. The only experience I've had with non-pro stock socks was a pair of retail CCM that were paper thin, loose, and baggy. Returned them immediately and never looked at non-pro stock socks again.

 

I came across both AK and Kobe versions and wondered if anyone had any experience with them? How do they compare to thickness/durability of pro stock? Do the adult 30" size fit like a pro stock large or would I need to step down to the 26" intermediate?

Good to know, thanks. By 'fit smaller', do you mean tighter or shorter? Would a 30" Kobe fit the same as a large pro stock (ccm/reebok/adidas)?

I find the AK socks to fit smaller than the Reebok/CCM retail socks, but definitely built better.
