What I did to my Luxe was simply to cut a piece of suitable material (I used thick neoprene I had available, EVA foam would also work) and put it between the existing liner and the backhand. By angling the edges it feels seamless and makes the glove tighter around backhand.
Another solution might be to tighten the palm, see https://www.youtube....h?v=czMSJ2Gu-2A for details.

Cool video, thanks for that. Not sure if I'm willing to go the palm tightening route on my own, but I do like the idea of using neoprene. Living back in SoCal I should be able to find someone with a trashed wetsuit to snag a bit of material from

Just remember that neoprene doesn't breathe, so, when your hand gets really hot and sweaty, you know why.

Hmmmm... valid point. Wonder if something like this would work well enough and be free

I've tightened up some Franchise gloves with Poron padding from amazon. I went with the 1/4" thick stuff, traced the inside of the glove's backhand and used that paper to cut the pad. Sticky back on the padding adhered to the glove, opposite the liner. Just pulled the liner back over the Poron and you'd hardly realize it's there.
I never noticed my hands being any more sweaty than normal.

Interesting idea, thanks! So you stuck the pad to the glove itself? No issues with it peeling off?

Thanks again for the pointer. I ended up going this route although I attached the padding the the existing backhand liner. We'll see how long the 3M lasts. If it begins to peel off I'll likely go your route and attach it directly to the backhand of the glove. Initial feel is perfect! Can't wait to try them on the ice tonight
