From personnal experience, what is the cost to ship a pair a skates in Canada, for exemple from Alberta to Quebec.

I just shipped a pair from New Brunswick to Quebec for 23$ with my Canada post small business account

I've shipped skates from Ontario to Nova Scotia in the past and It was around $23 just like court31sierra said. It's much cheaper to ship skates within Canada than to the US (to the US was around $40 for a service with tracking the last time I did that a few years back).
