I can't remember what forum I was reading about removing grip on a stick but I figured I would share this with you guys.

I have used clear matte finish spray ... The stuff you can find next to the spray paint. The matte leaves a nice smooth matte finish. I have tried clear glossy finish but they still remain fairly grippy.

There little to no difference in weight ...

I like to spray only about a foot in the middle of the shaft right where my lower hand normally is

i saw that post on msh im going to give that a try with one of my sticks i have grip and that sounds like a much better way than sanding my stick

You can also baby powder on your twig every game! I have a buddy keep baby powder in his bag and it seems to work well for him! He puts it on the shaft and on his mitts

I've tried that! In my opinion it doesn't work!!
