Saw on a Reddit thread that Bauer will be releasing a Sling line of sticks. Is it too early for any more info on this? I am surprised that this would be a separate line away from nexus

My understanding is it's the Vapor ADV with the Nexus sling/hole blade.

As of now the chatter on this says that the Sling will be its own separate line away from nexus, yet will have the same kick point and shaft as nexus - a little odd. Maybe it will be labeled the Bauer Nexus Sling. No myBauer custom option though.

Just saw some more info posted.
Sling stick will have the same ER spine nexus shaft.
The hole in the blade is smaller than the nexus ADV and the blade will be more stable (2 carbon ridges in the blade) along with it having more of a “sling” effect and being more durable.
Looks like this is the retail version of a revamped nexus adv - just under a different name.
I’m very curious if Bauer will make the sling tech available on their custom pro sticks.

Trying mine tonight, based on shots outside in the backyard I like it better than adv but don't love it

Picked one up too.
Weight feels nice - it’s nice and balanced.
Love the ER spine fit in the hands.
Puck feel is great off the blade.
Shoots like a beast.
Durability - TBD.
I really like this stick.
