How's it work with the draft style teams, mix of skill with higher level exp. dispersed around ? I know it's tough to say with locations being a variable .

Its not tough to say. It's hard for first timers to rate themselves. We use a rating system on registration. Once I start to make the draft rounds is when the work starts. If I don't know they person or their friends I'll start looking up their local leagues etc. It's not perfect but it does the trick. Heres some more info

Hey dude. I actually know a lady names Marcia who helps run one of the leagues. She is trying to get us set up.
