Since many people have asked how I post pictures on here, I decided to make a guide on how to post pictures from SLS to S2K. You can use SLS as a free image host to post your images here.

1. Use your SLS account to add pictures of your item from your phone. Use a title similar to "1 2 3 4" with spaces in between. Price the item at a stupid high price like $999.

2. Go to your computer browser and pull up both this site and SLS in separate tabs.

3. In the SLS tab, pull up your listing, then right click the picture, then select "view source." I use Brave, but this works in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc as well.

4. In the view source screen, press control + F (Windows) or command + F (Mac) to bring up the search bar. in the search bar, type in .jpeg.

5. The first result should bring up something along the lines of "images.sideIineswap.com/production/numbers/letters_original.jpeg"

6. Copy and paste that URL, then come back to S2K. In you post, select the "add image" button. Insert the URL, then press enter. Your image should appear on the forum post.

7. If you need to post multiple pictures, go back to step 5 and press the down arrow to move to the next image URL.

8. When you're done, remove your listing. You can always go back to it another time and repeat the process if you want to add the pictures again.

Here are some screen shots for a visual reference:

If you want to post from your gallery, all you have to do is right click the image, select "copy image address", then repeat the steps posted above.

The original owners just recently sold the rink, pro shop and online business. Not sure how much of the original staff the new owner kept on.

Good to know, that makes sense. Thank you for the explanation.

I'm going to Detroit/Windsor the first weekend in December, if you don't mind waiting.  I live in Atlanta, so eventual shipping would be domestic.

I'd appreciate it! If I don't get one by then, I'll take you up on that offer.

You can also use Flickr, they have a free option with a 1000 image cap and provide BBCode and html codes in various sizes for your images, I've used them for like 15 years now.  It was always the better option compared to photobucket and snapfish back in the days before FB and IG ruined internet forums (insert old man yelling at cloud here for emphasis  ).

Amen! I used to use Photobucket for everything back in the late 2000's/early 2010's.

Can you do this over mobile? I set up an account but can’t find a code to copy over and post on the forum. Posting pics here has always been frustrating for me 😂

You can insert a photo from just about anywhere. I use Fotki and Imgur. Just need to insert the .jpg address (right click, copy address) in between this: [ img ]link[ /img ]

Just remove the spaces between the brackets []

there's a "copy url" option on their app, I guess you could use that and use the image button on the site to paste that url in but I've never tried that way, I never use my phone for using forum websites like this.
