Did any one try these gloves?

Do they feel like and original 11k?

I have two pairs of EK65's version of these gloves and have owned a few others in the past. The cuff is nearly identical to the HG12, but a bit looser and more mobile. The body of the actual glove is a QRE, which is a bit looser and wider as well. There are no backhand liners, just the main glove and the cuff connected by stretch mesh. If you are a fan of the HG12, you will definitely like the QRE with funnel cuff in my opinion.

I have a couple of pairs in that style and had a pair of EK65's like that (those had a much nicer buttery soft palm).  The EK65's had a looser cuff but the others I have the cuff is narrower than the HG12's cuff (a Trevor Daley pair and a Zack Begosian pair, one is listed as a 13" and the other 13.5").  I have a few pairs of HG12's in both 13" and 14" and the Warriors of this style I love as well... if I had to nitpick I'd say the outer material on the CCM's, the tuffteck or whatever they call it, seems a bit thicker than the Warrior's material.

Thanks for the info. I have both HG12 and QRE and I was wondering how that flex cuff was build on a QRE because of the concept of the HG12 (gloves within a gloves) thing. I don't know why the QRE have a two piece finger only on the index. I think those mode are the closest to the HG12.

I also love them more than life itself. I wish a Stars or Ducks player would adopt them so I could grab a few all-black pairs. I'd also love for more players to use EK65's AX1 with funnel cuffs.

funnel cuff crew

two 14" HG12's (Leafs Grabner and team stock Bruins), a couple of Warrior variations which I don't know much about just one was listed as 13" and the other 13.5", the Bogosian's have a narrower cuff and both have 3 piece index finger (the EK65's had 2 piece), and on the right a 13" pair of Kings HG12's with a flex thumb which is my current favorite, I need to find more 13" with flex thumb.

I had a pair of oilers hg12 with flex thumbs that were amazing. Strange as this might sound, they were actually too mobile for me and I sold them

Hg12 are the best. One gloves that when under the radar, the 30k have the same feeling has the Hg12, even better I think. With the funnel cuff, theses would be my dream gloves. To bad, I'm not an NHLer. That would be my mod: CCM30kXP (d30 foam package) + funnel cuff.

Every glove has flex thumbs if you cut the thumb loops ;)
