I noticed the same thing. Monkey Sports is one of the only places you see it online in North America. I noticed via social media that a LHS near Denver has had them recently, and I plan to go check them out soon. My initial reaction based on the photos is that they should be a big improvement IMO from the previous girdles. The shape of the waist & kidney pads resembles the popular nexus pro pants which I recently switched to because of drastically better comfort and mobility than my previous warrior QRE pants and girdle. I love the built-in cup holder that warrior does on girdles.

I got mine yesterday. Returning it today. Super underwhelming for a girdle with such a high retail price. I liked the dynasty but never used the QRE.

You can say that about just about every Warrior product released at retail the last few years.

If you’re tempted by the fact that PSH just got some, don’t be. The kidney part doesn’t wrap around your body at all as it’s not segmented like the QRE. It also has this really weird alien looking thing on the spin protector that looks like part of a kids toy that you can really see well in photos. More cosmetic than anything, but still bothered me.

Thanks for the info. I was curious about it and wanted to try it out to see how it compared to the Super Tacks which is my only other experience with a girdle

I briefly considered snatching one from PSH until I realized that Hockey Monkey has them for the same price and has free shipping at that price level.

Yeah, didn’t understand why they were so expensive at PSH. Like you said, buy from HM, get free shipping and free returns

I have the QRE and love it. Very simple and pretty protective, both my son and myself have one. Pull it on and cinch down. Doesnt have all the velcro adjustments or anything but fits really well and light weight. Only down side is no belly protection but not playing contact hockey. Son does but has been fine thus far. Thought about the Alpha but happy to see the reviews and will stick with what I have
