Has anyone else played in a pond hockey tournament? I'll be attending the Colorado one this weekend.

"What is your lowest/best price?" is NOT an offer.

I've been to that one the last few years. Unfortunately had to skip it this year, so I'm jealous. It's always a blast!

I played in one at Bryant Park in NYC a few years ago. The vibes around the rink/the weekend was awesome but the hockey itself was kind of stupid. I’m not a fan of shooting on a net that’s four inches high with no goalie. If you can get past that it’s a blast.

It's hockey, but also at the same time, it's not hockey. It's different hockey.

Definitely layer, have hand warmers (one or two in the jock are very necessary), and have extra sets of steel.

Good Idea; Whistling while you work.

Bad Idea; Whistling while you eat.

I love pond hockey, looks like a really fun tourney, used to go to these a lot on the east coast. It's kinda like pickup roller or street hockey on ice, I enjoy it a lot but it's definitely very different from a rink
