1. I want to thank all the people that have tried to help the rest of us get our items/money by contacting this guy.

2. This is going to be a fairly long post so please bear with me.

3. I'm going to try my best to tell you all what happened in chronological order, by doing this I'm sure that other lies will be exposed with other members timelines with him.

Monday July 9th- TotalOne sent me a personal message offering to trade 2 APX sticks for 2 of my Total ones. We agreed to terms and I told him I would ship the next day and he said "I'll send your tracking number the second I send the sticks off tomorrow".


Tuesday July 10th- Sent him a message letting him know that the sticks have been shipped.


Wednesday July 11th- Asked him if he had shipped the sticks. he replied with "Ya I did I will have the tracking number soon"


Thursday July 12th- Still hadn't received a tracking number so I asked if he'd shipped yet. he replied with "Ya I did send them. I got called into work so I won't be home until friday or saturday night depends on if the other crew shows up. They should be there tomorrow or saturday."


Monday July 16th- at this point I was still very pleasant in the way I interacted and simply asked him where was the tracking number. his response was "Sorry for not getting back to you. I'm in the field right now. I normally have my girlfriend send my stuff out. I will talk to her tomorrow to see whats going on. Sorry I haven't replied I can't get back to a computer for at least 2 days. The most days I'm our of town is 14 days."


Wednesday July 18th- I demanded a tracking number and his reply was "They have been sent I'm 220 miles away from home." This was the last I heard from him I tried sending messages on the 23rd and 25th with no reply.


Friday July 20th- I had a conversation with my uncle who is a lawyer and asked him what can be done if anything. He told me that he could send him a letter letting him know that he has x amount of time to either supply the agreed upon product or a refund for the listed price of the sticks I shipped him including shipping. Otherwise further action would be pursued. I know to some this may sound extreme and I honestly don't care that much about the sticks. It's the principle that he has screwed over 4 people that I know of in this same time frame.


On July 26th at 10:57 pm he read our personal message conversation. <--- PAY ATTENTION TO THIS


On July 28th a member on here reached out to him and he told the member that his house burned down recently and he lost everything. He said that he had been wanting to get in touch with everyone but had NO WAY to access the internet. SO his house burned down BUT he was able to get on the internet to read our conversation just 2 days prior. So, obviously I knew that this guy was lying. I called the police station in Bismarck, ND and claimed to be a concerned family member that hadn't heard from him in a while and asked if there had been any calls to the address. The lady informed me that there hadn't been ANY fire, police or emt dispatched to that address...


This guy is a compulsive liar. It's almost amusing to me that he goes to such great lengths with his lies. I do know that he told NYislanders21 a while back that the reason his product hadn't shipped is because the post office in his town had burned down. I don't believe in karma.. but the lies that this guy tells just to scam people out of such small things cannot bode well for him in the future.


I called him yesterday and informed him that he had until tuesday at midnight to either provide a tracking number or a refund to my paypal account or I would be pursuing him legally. He wouldn't answer my call but did reply via text telling me that his house burned up and lost everything. I told him that I had in fact called the authorities to confirm and that his story was a lie. He replied with "well they are wrong" my last message was "you have until tuesday at midnight"

Like I said earlier, I was only expecting the free Tackla pants from him so I only paid him the price of shipping the pants, so my situation is no where near as bad as yours or NYI21. He told he that his grandma died and that was the reason he didn't ship them out immediately, or a month after.

I haven't actually made a deal with Totalone, but he has contacted me several times on some gear and always disappears afterwards.

"Hey man I'm interested in (gear aforementioned), I can offer you $$"


I agree and say we have a deal....never replies afterwards.
