Its a digitally printed product that is first printed onto the white transfer material, cut out, then heat pressed directly onto the garment. You can tell there's a little gloss on the image so i dont think its sublimated. Stahls Cad Printz is what it could be but knowing the Rangers they probably make these in house like everything else.
A 14 color screen printed sponsor logo isn't cheap to produce no matter where you get it done so these newer digital products are great for multi color images like that.
