Nice gloves , has anyone heard of converting the 11K floating cuff to the type of cuffs on Dupes 10 K's or any type of fixed cuff. asked CPR & Ken said he would have to see them.

I’m fairly certain that this is a retail colour option as well

In leather like that? I can't even find it available in cloth. Here's a version in fabric from Pure Hockey, but not in stock and different palms: https://www.purehock...es/itm/6966-41/

Looking for black/red/white, not the blue/red/white.

Your best bet is to keep an eye out for some U+CL from Chicago/Ottawa/NJ. They’re out there I’m sure. They were super popular and are still worn by a lot of guys. Retail would probably be harder to find than pro stock at this point.

PSH has a few CL pairs. I have always preferred HG12s and they’ve got some too. Plenty of CCM on there

Ebay has a shit ton of CL gloves in 14 right now. Hawks pair, Portland pair, and old Carolina some for less than $50. Gotta look around they’re out there.

FWIW, these look like they are in excellent condition. If you haven't had CL gloves before this is a good start fairly cheap which match your Hawks pants.

I wish CCM kept making the 10k and U+ series, so comfy

The rest of their mitts lately seen so small and stiff

I haven’t had luck with CL. I always loved the look but both pairs I’ve had rubbed on the back of my thumb and gave me a blister. I do love the HG12s though and always wanted to try the CL500s

I've seen a number of the Hawks CL's on eBay, but they're almost all pretty beat up. I have a saved search for them anytime new ones are posted. I'm not all that familiar with CCM gloves; what are the primary differences between the CL's and HG12's?

Got that second pair in my watched list already :)  Still prefer the black cuff/red fingers of the one I posted above, but these do look good and the price doesn't seem so bad.

What is the difference in fit between the HG55 and U+Crazy light?

Thanks in advance

What is the difference in fit between the HG55 and U+Crazy light?

Thanks in advance

Just got a pair of HG55 and have owned the CLs.  First HG55 are the pro version of the CL 500s.

Very different gloves IMO.  I felt the CLs were very stiff throughout the hand.  Light and extremely protective, just less flexible.  The HG55 are very flexible throughout the entire glove.

I echo the sentiment from earlier in the thread that the HG55 run smaller.  I could just fit into the CLs (14") but I have to move up a size in the HG55.

Hey guys. Can I please get some further insight into how HG12's fit? As most of you know, CCM's pro stock gloves fit differently in comparison to their retail counterparts (pro stock HG50 vs retail CL500).

I find that most retail 14" gloves fit me pretty well, almost on the side of being too snug. Lately I've been wearing pro stock 14" HG50's. So far the HG50's have been my favorite pro stock CCM fit... they seem to fit snugger on the backhand and have slightly tapered fingers. That said I want to try a pair of HG12's due the the floating wrist protection. Some of the other pro stock 14" CCM models I've owned (in order from loosest to snuggest fit) include: CL's, HG97's, and HGTK's. I found the CL's to feel pretty roomy, the HG97's almost want to fall off my hands unless my fist are clenched, and the HGTK's palm felt kind of sloppy.

So back to my original question, how do the HG12's compare in terms of fit to some of the other CCM pro stock models. Intuition would tell me to get a 14" in the HG12's, but I'm considering sizing down to a 13". Any help or insight is appreciated.

14” in HG12 is fine. I usually prefer a 13” in most gloves but the difference between the 14” and 13” HG12 isn’t too drastic so I’m fine with the 14’s, personally.

As kid coyote states, it’s fairly minimal, I’ve made 14” HG12 work.

Nice comfy fit in 14's, like everything  in gloves besides the cuff. don't like the floating / glove in glove tech cuff. been trying to sell , sent CPR an email to see if they can make a fixed cuff for them.
