Just picked these mitts up...I couldn't resist the old school CCM letter on the cuff.

 

I've read on here that some of CCM gloves were actually made by Eagle? Anyone able to help me ID who and where these were made? I am assuming Canada, they closely match my Warrior MIC Franchise.

 

Made overseas by CCM; Vietnam I believe.  Far from Forte/Eagle pattern.  Always can tell by the first backroll and the fact that the sizing on Canadian made pro gloves was never ANYWHERE on the glove, period.

By the time CCM made this glove with the cuff as shown, only certain contract players were getting the Eagle made gloves (Gomez, Langenbrunner, Thornton, Koivu).

Trying to determine if any of the newer pro stock CCM 4-rolls come standard with a flex thumb.  I've seen HG4RRP, HG96, HG97, HG98 but they all seem to have lock thumbs.  Is there a special code after the model number that indicates flex thumb?  Thanks!

I just snagged some HG97s with flex thumb and this is the code in the tag in the gloves:

Grabbed these off of sideline swap, needed some winter classics to go with the jersey. Obviously couldn’t wear red and white gloves with a red and cream jersey!

This is my first pair of Pro Stock gloves and my first pair of CCM, feel great but the previous owner had the palms tightened by Pat, they feel a bit snug but I’ll live.

Anyone know if that 5 roll 15” inch glove like this fits that big? I’d like to grab a pair off eBay in the classic wings colours but I’m worried the fingers will be crazy long. Realistically I could use a litttle more room width wise but I have short fingers.

I’m trying to decide on a Flames retro glove to pick up and they are all CCM (or Reebok). Any strong feelings here? I’m normally a 4 roll guy but I’m not sure about that RBK combo. I bought those CCM Detroit Winter Classics and while I find them a touch tight and the lining a little annoying I have no major complaints. These are all size 14.

Help an indecisive guy spend cash on stuff he doesn’t need!

The Reebok are the nicest pair in my opinion because they're the only ones that are Canadian made.

I would go with the Brodie CL's. I always hated the stripes on the Reeboks, and now that the brand is dead it just feels dated.
