Nope. No Adidas practice jerseys. That's what I went in looking for. Asked why, they said the the Leafs are still using the same ones from last season and because the design of jersey has not changed (logo/colour scheme) that they are using the same ones from last year. Sucks as I'm trying to get my hands on a white and black practice Adidas jersey.

Gloves were $150 to around $250 for a few pairs of unused leo gloves, they had some hyman and brown used gloves for $250.

There were no laundry bags at this one, and all of the speedwicks were new with tags and had the old logo. They were $50 buy one get one 50% off

The had a lot new items with the old logo with high prices, some of the under armour golf shirts were $75. I also thought they might blow that stuff out cheap as they have in the past.

 

I did not see anyone even looking at any of the clothing items (undershirts, shorts, track suits)

My buddy went and said it was pretty high priced. Even traded players glvoes that were beat to shit (Komarov) were $250

I called Real Sports today and was able to buy a practice jersey over the phone.  The shipping is $20 to the states along with 15% tax.

Leafs sale was way too overpriced. $450 for used komarov bauer 4500 helmet, $450 for used JVR helmet, $750 for used Nylander gloves. They had like 20 Nylander twigs for $300 each. You would think the Leafs won the cup or something with these types of prices. They were selling a Carolina hurricanes bauer helmet for $250 too LOL

I think they’re taking a page out of the ticket sellers book. If you sell low, resellers will take the inventory and then sell for a higher price - giving margin away.

If you sell high, you maximize profit and people will still pay the same price as when the resellers get their hands on it.

Stuff that doesn’t move will eventually get discounted.

You can always come down on price. You can’t move up.
