Those aren't NHL pro stock. I've seen pants similar to that made for junior teams or what not. 

 

I believe the NHL does not allow hip branding either. Plus, they'd be Nexus 1000 branded if they were from the NHL. Brands always want the top of the line on display.

Hey, so I'm in northern Va outside DC. I saw pants like this at the hockey giant in Sterling Va. they were made for a local kids team, not sure which one and extras were sold at the store.
