Any chance you could snap and post some pictures of the enteral padding of these?
I tried to take some pictures of the different types of foams used in these pants. There are at least 3 types that I can see.

Heel and toe kink, similar to the pro matt duchene, the toe is more prevalent in personCan you give us a better look at the curve?
