Personally I think it's to make it easier to remove the tape. My opinion ^

I prefer sandpaper blades. I can tape the toe half of my blade and still have puck grip near the heel.

Some new wmd's for the ice. I may be able to snag one or two more if a member wants (they were not cheap).
Also if anyone can answer this that'd be great. i know the 06D code means 1x SE which is a heavier duty build if i'm correct. Underneath this code is S161xSE which means that it's the 2016 (second gen) 1x in SE build. Just wondering why they would put both these codes down as it's pretty much mentioning the same information twice.

my guess is that its more so for in house because the first code doesn't tell them which batch of 1x's the stick is from.
