When you skate 4 + times a week all summer, I don't think there's an Odor product in the world that can save my bag lol

rocket sports dryer the way to go

Threw mine out after it broke in the same spot for the third time on my second warranty replacement.

Bought one of these to replace it, nothing but good things to say so far: https://www.inlinewa...age-WGSDHS.html

Haven't had an issue with my Rocket Dryer so far, had it about 2 years now - but that looks interesting for when mine inevitably goes. Any major differences between them in drying time, etc.?

Far superior in pretty much every way. Dries gear way faster and the rods and everything are made out of metal instead of plastic. Only drawback is that it's louder when the motor's on than the rocket but I keep mine in my garage anyway so no issue there.

Cool thanks for the info. I keep mine in the garage as well so that wouldn't matter. I see in their pic they show the skates and helmet in it...those are the only two things I don't put in the Rocket since I feel like it gets toasty enough in there that it could cause issues, specifically in softening up skates. Do you dry your skates in there?

I dunno, I think it made my gear smell worse.  Like the heat incubates the bacteria.  I just use it to hang my stuff now.

STUFF I'M LOOKING FOR (NEW/LIKE NEW CONDITION)
• MIC AX1 13" or 14" -- NOT NYI, Oilers, Habs, Ducks, Preds, Hawks, Leafs, Pens, or Devils (retro YES PLEASE).
• Joe Thornton CCM mitts

• Blackhawks red practice jersey 56/58
• Sens Cream Heritage 2.0 game jersey 56/58

I've had this Hamilton Beach electric garment dryer for 5 years and it has always worked without issue.  It uses cool air to dry your stuff.  The mesh shelves are removable, so I can fit a bulkier gear between shelves.

All my gear goes on this after every skate and I never have odor issues.  Throw in some spray deodorizers and you should be golden.

I scored one at a garage sale for $15!  I actually got a second one and gave it to a buddy.

I also recommend a dehumidifier in addition to a drying rack. Turn it on high, place it next to your wet gear, and overnight it does its job.

Custom everything.
