Crosby making his season debut tonight vs the Islanders.. can't wait to get home and dial up NHL Game center. what are your thoughts on his return?

I'm stoked to see him make his return to the NHL; it's been a long time coming.

I'm a penguins fan so I'm amazingly excited. Whether you love him or hate him though you have to feel good for the guy and for hockey.

Now we just need to get Perron back out there.

4 point night for Sid, wow. I'm not a huge Crosby fan, but he truly is amazing. I don't think anyone expected him to play that well right out of the gate.

Kunitz hit the post in his first shift and malkin hit the post on the power play. He could have easily had 2 goals and 4 assists.

He did great and bounces back from every hit that's what I was most concerned about, I also noticed his pants tonight they seems to haw alot of padding around the hip area possibly 20k pants? Or just a modification on his?

Extra padding, in the 24/7 series last year a bunch of guys on the Pens and other teams made fun of him for wearing a "fanny pack"
