Anyone know if Versteeg uses a Kreps??

From what I've seen, versteeg uses a heel and a toe, similar to the pro duchess. The kreps has more of a pocket compared to versteeg(unless he's recently changed).

Kreps has more curve in middle of blade than Versteegs

Pros have used sticks with the same idea as "Kreps" for ages. But to the general public back in the 80's and 90's they were reffered to as "universal lies" and considered inferior by people who didnt understand the benefits.

Because of the rocker - regardless of the length of the stick, or your hand position, you always have some blade on the ice. Easton's promo video talks about how to use it properly (receive passes with the heel down, shoot off the toe), and the potential benefits:
At the same time, because it has such a rocker, you always have a significant portion of your blade off the ice, also. This doesn't work with how we traditionally think about stick lie - which is that if you have the correct lie, your entire blade sits flat on the ice, so you can use as much of the blade as possible for stickhandling and shooting.
