Is this a normal thing with surgeon sticks? I'm thinking about ordering two. I honestly havent played with enough sticks to know what to go for in term of low/mid kick. Should i be careful about buying Surgeon? Maybe better with buying both the warrior and seeing which one i prefer.

The Bauer Nexus line is fairly large as well

I've heard people saying this before. i've found a website that sells the nexus 8000 quite cheap, how do they compare to the new ones?

Find some old Douglas shoulder pads on eBay. About as big as they come.

Damn thats some nasty pads! Very big shoulders, but look quite dangerous
