Reebok 11k Skates

27 January 2013 - 11:19 PM

In my past 3 skates I've been experiencing this massive pain on the outside of my feet but especiallly my right foot to be exact. I had this problem before hand with the original insoles that the skate came in to I changed to Supper Feet but now it's back. I never had this problem with my Bauer skates but I don't have an other 500$ to blow at a new pair of skates especially since playoffs are coming up in 3 weeks. Any tips? I have a game Saturday and really hope it's gone since its our last game. Thanks!

ALL BLACK OR BLACK/YELLOW 14" GLOVES

06 January 2013 - 02:09 AM

I have TotalONE's right and I'm not happy with them one bit. Palms get crusty after every ice-time even though I air them out properly. So NO TOTALONE'S.

Specs wanted:
-14"
-All Black, Black/Yellow (Yellow meaning Bruins yellow, not yellow meaning Penguins yellow/gold)
-New or Used

Glove Models:
Im not picky on how the glove fits, seems like all of them fit me fine. I like tapered and wide gloves over a sung fit threw out the whole glove so;
-X60
-CL's
-Luxe's
-APX Pro's
-7.0's
-Reebok Pro Style 2 (sorry if I'm wrong but I'm talking about the 4 Roll Reeboks, not the 9900's.
-4 Rolls
-Franchise's
-PPF's
-XXXX's

Becoming Equipment Manager

02 January 2013 - 02:28 AM

Being in high school, your teachers want you to try different things to see what you think you'd like to do as a living and I've always been interested in hockey and especially hockey gear.

Talking to family members and friends they've all said that I should look into becoming an equipment manager or opening my own store. As soon as they said equipment manager I started to think and consider that. Now I know that's a hard job to get into BUT there would be a lot of openings if you think about it (high school teams, college teams, university teams, pro teams, female teams (hs, college, university, pro)).

Does anyone know how you can get involved into that? Would I need to go take a course in college or university?
