Hi... looking for help/advice regarding skates. I’m 6’, 260 lbs and I’m currently wearing Bauer 1S’ w. Black super feet insoles.

I’m consistently having horrible pain in the mid section/arch area of both feet after skating. Can this be caused by not having skates that are wide enough?

Would I be better off switching to a nexus or something else?

Looking for used/new Bauer 1N skates size 9. I currently have Bauer 1S size 9.5 and I’m having a lot of pain in the arch portion of my foot. I think I need a skate that’s wider.
