Great. Off the shelf, they seem like a great skate. Once in the over, are they as easy to fit to your foot?
I agree with the other members comments, always wanted Custom VH/True skates, but couldn't justify the price tag for the 5-6 times I get on the ice a month. So with the rebate they've been running, I went to the LHS to check em out. Right out of the box they were more comfortable than any Bauer or CCS I've worn. Then he baked them for me, 6 minutes and a full cool down, and they literally felt like a sneaker. Got invited to a private pickup game two days later and decided I'd go for it and wear these new TF9's in a pickup having never had them on the ice before. Brought my Vapor skates just in case. Skated for 90 minutes and not one hot spot, pressure point, or foot cramp in these True's. I'm a believer. Vapors are now in the garage closet as my backups that I hope I never have to wear...
