I know some of you guys were disappointed about missing out the deal this weekend on Warrior Franchise Lidström and Warrior Luxe Kovalchuk gloves. We just received a new batch with limited quantities. I wanted to let you know so you can benefit from those awesome gloves. It is on a first come, first serve basis.

Canadian customers: We are based in Canada. You can simply complete your checkout. The pro specs gloves are 169.99$, final price.

US customers: Unlike most of our products, we can ship to gloves to the US. There will be a shipping charge of approximatively $30.00 to your address in the US. Our website structure is not built for a US shipping address checkout. Therefore, you can send an email to Kim at info@hockeysupremacy.com with your desired item(s), billing/shipping address and credit card information including CVV number. She will reply to your email with your invoice, credit card receipt and tracking number.

I do not think we will get more of these "pro specs" gloves. If Warrior approaches us again with a batch of those gloves, we should accept the offer, considering the high demand combined to our decent pricing.

As a Canadian retailer, most of the suppliers do not allow us to ship outside of Canada (notably Bauer, Reebok/CCM & Easton). We decided to put our efforts in developing and serving the Canadian market appropriately before extending our operations. Since our launch last year, we are experiencing a considerable growth. We want to make sure we control our growth to serve every of our customers to their expectations. Concerning the gloves, we are allowed to ship them outside of Canada. Feel free to send us an email at info@hockeysupremacy.com if you are interested. However, unlike our policy of free shipping in Canada for orders over $149.00, we might ask you a slight shipping surcharge for delivery to your door.

Following many posts regarding our website, we believe it’s best to clarify a few points.

Warrior approached us with a batch of pro gloves to sell. We do not usually sell pro stock products, however, we wanted to offer our clientele those extended items. We agree we do not have the same expertise in pro stock products compared to retail products. We simply wanted our customers to benefit from a good deal on pro specs gloves. We used the term “pro stock” following the information Warrior sent us. The products and their description on the website are accurate. According to Warrior, the specifications of the gloves are exactly the same used by the players.

We are a one-year-old business, who has their customers’ best interest at heart. Our motives to build an account on your blog specifically to clarify this misfortunate situation can prove as such. For those of you have already ordered gloves on our website, you can choose to cancel your order. You can write to us at info@hockeysupremacy.com if you decide to do so. At this point, only a pre-authorization has been taken on the credit cart but no payment was taken as this step is only processed through shipping.

For all those who felt this situation was a miscommunication from our side, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. A kind customer proposed to change the term “Pro Stock Gloves” in the product description for “Pro Specs Gloves” which we did without hesitation.
