Well Xbox One now plays games for the 360 so it should still work
False. Xbox one has different internal architecture than the 360 so backwards compatibility is out of the window.
On topic: i think its great for marty because its really the only hockey related achievement that he could get, that he has never achieved. Until now.

In the WHL, players drafted in the draft immediately prior to the current season (2012 draft = 2012/13 season) can play a max of 5 games before being sent down to play at midget level (15-18 years old) for a year of development. Then when playoffs come around the draftees are eligible to play with the team full time.
That's how it is in BC atleast
