I have found that a lot of brands that look wide in the box or when loose on the skate actually thin out quite a bit when tied. I’m like you, I prefer a wide and sturdy lace. Howies-unwaxed, personally, have been the best fit for that.

For what it’s worth, I just had a couple gloves repalmed in digital by George’s Hockey Repair in St. Paul. I asked him about the availability of digital and he said he’s got plenty and doesn’t foresee running out anytime soon.

Agree with others. Communication and shipping is smooth and easy. Prices have gotten out of hand. A few years ago when they got started the pricing was more reasonable and I was able to grab some nice stuff. It has become a little much over the past year(ish).
