This is really off topic

BadAss Coffee.  Hawaiian Kona coffee that I can only get fresh when I'm on vacation in SW Florida.  My absolute favorite.

At home, I've got a few friends who roast their own beans that I buy from.  Good stuff.  If we have to buy at the store, Gevalia makes pretty good stuff.

I'm sure Frank will come in and educate us shortly...

Not such a big deal for you folks in Canada and the Northern US, but COSTCO sells bags of Tim Horton's Regular Roast for at-home brewing. For an every-day cup of coffee that is my go-to. Half and half, no sugar.

I am REALLY into the places doing Cold Brew Coffee with a Nitrogen Tap System. The nitrogen adds a creaminess to the coffee, and I can drink it black without cream. It is wonderful. My wife and I were trying to figure out how feasible setting it up at home would be.

I use a Bialetti Moka pot that I bought in Italy:

I brew up Illy Moka coffee in it every morning.

I switched to this after my Italy vacation mainly to cut down on my sugar and cream. my mom used to tell me that I like a little coffee with my cream and sugar. :P

by using espresso coffee and adding a fraction of the cream and sugar I still get all the caffeine I need for the day and a LOT less calories.

Nice!  I haven't been to Destin since I was a kid.  Gulf Coast is the best.

The only thing I can attest to these days is iced coffee all the time. After having a kid the main goal is consuming large amounts of caffeine as quickly as possible.

That being said if you have the time, for my money, nothing beats fresh coffee beans that are ground right before you brew your coffee. My preferred brewing method would also have to be via French press as well. While Kona & Blue coffee beans are great I would say Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans are my favorite. I'm also a really big fan of Counter Culture Coffee, their Hologram and Big Trouble are 2 of my favorites. But like I said if you don't want to spend the money on exotic coffee, just go with fresh beans that you grind before brewing and that will make all the difference.
