His work looks really good! Stitching maybe isn’t as close to the edges of the fingers as I’d like, but still really clean.

Honesty though, I’d rather just buy a whole new pair of gloves than pay that for new palms/gussets.

The cost is def a consideration.  For roughly the same price I could possibly find new HG12's but finding the right combo of color/size and features might be pretty tough (I have a SLS alert for all 13" HG12's that pop up just in case... I have issues lol) .  The rest of the gloves were still in great shape so I figured why not go all out and get some fancy options with the palms and gussets.  If they were a more common model that's easy to find and cheaper I don't think I'd even think twice to just get a new pair instead.

What are the price for repalm and gusset at ITR?

I was told $85-$110 depending on material. Gussets are $100-$115 depending on material.

I have some gloves with him for repalming with ivory clarino and those are $90. Turnaround quote was about 8 weeks.

Been trying to get my gloves in for work to CPR for the past three years without success. Today, off to ITR they went. Looking forward to seeing the results!

I'm really happy with the work Ian at ITR did on these Franchises. He'll be getting my re-palm work going forward.

Huge +1 to Ian at ITR. He sent me videos of him working on my gloves to make sure everything was done to my liking. As a fellow hockey shop owner, I was super happy that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I changed my specs a few times and he was always accommodating.

Love these! Did he do the gussets too? I wish he had a more durable red material other than digital

Has anyone had them do cuff work? How did it compare to CPR?

I sent a pair of Bauer 1X Lites with flex cuff to have them modified to be more like the pro cuff and have it reduced, and also remove the weird plastic triangle piece.

Ian was a pleasure to work with every step of the way.  He set a reasonable expectation for the total turnaround time, which he was able to meet.  Communication was always good.  And when it came time to work on my gloves, he even sent me a text with a video explaining what my options were.  For this cuff mod, I could reduce the cuff by chopping it down from the top, or by cutting from the bottom to retain the existing stitching and Bauer branding.  I chose the latter based on his expertise, and I'm really pleased with the results.  The cuff is a little more "zero" than I had anticipated, but that was my fault based on where I marked it.  I'm sure it also has to do with the fact that it's still a partially free-floating cuff.

I will gladly send gloves to Ian again.

Just got these back. Midnight blue mustang palms and navy airknit gussets. Pretty tidy work, got dinged pretty hard at the border unfortunately but it is what it is.

Thanks! Got them on eBay three or four years ago I wanna say, believe they're Milan Michalek's from his time on the Leafs.

Sent out a couple of pairs, 2S Pros to get the cuffs shortened and repalmed with digital (they’re Sweden colorway so might go with blue palms) and a pair of HG12s for cuff shortening. Looking forward to seeing how they come out.

Just got my QRLs back from ITR and could not be happier with the end result. When CPR announced they were closing down, I reached out to Pat and Ken to wish them best of luck in the future and to ask if they were doing anything with the red Nash they had left. This was my go-to palm material for a number of gloves CPR did for me and no one else carried anything like it. They mentioned they were talking to Ian at ITR and offered it to him if he was interested. So I reached out to him and asked if I could get a pair redone with it since I'm not a fan of digital or AX suede. This is the outcome.

Swapped out the black gussets and ice micronash palms. For me, this is as close to a dream glove as I'll likely ever have. Ian was fantastic to deal with; very communicative and responsive. Happy to send him work in the future.

Beautiful gloves Matt! I just used the Bjugstad gloves he did for me a few months ago and they're some of the most comfortable gloves I've ever worn. I have four more pairs of gloves at his shop right now, including another pair of Bjugstads. All of them are getting digital palms with a goat overlay on the left hand.

Those gloves look amazing. It's great to know there's an alternative out there, now that CPR is gone.

Having used him 8-10 times can say Ian at ITR is a great CPR alternative, great service very receptive to little changes like smaller thumb tabs and coloring the sews to match the gloves. Will use again the future and very happy with what he has done so far.
